Which cleanings include Aroma Spa Therapy?
Aroma Spa Therapy is included in every cleaning and in six of our services: House and apartment cleaning, Office cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Recurring cleaning, Monthly cleaning and One-time cleaning.
Will I receive a new air humidifier with every cleaning?
Not always. We replace the humidifiers only when they are no longer suitable for use. If the humifier doesn't need to be replaced, we simply refill it with fresh aroma oils.
Are your cleaning solutions safe for kids and pets?
Yes, our cleaning products are 100% eco-friendly and free from chlorine, phosphates, ammonia, synthetic fragrances, and dyes. This makes them safe for people of all ages, including those with asthma or allergies, as well as for children, pets, and the environment.
What do you clean with steam vacuums and steam mops?
Steam vacuums are used to clean and disinfect bath/showers, toilets, faucets, shower heads, inside ovens, sinks, all glass and mirror sufaces, upholstered furniture, and floors. Steam mops are used exclusively for cleaning and disinfecting floors.
What if I need to reschedule?
Please let us know at least two days in advance if you need to reschedule your cleaning. Otherwise, a cancellation fee may apply.
How do you clean sensitive surfaces?
For delicate surfaces such as unfinished wood, marble, or other specialty materials, we use cleaning products provided by you. If the cleaning is recurring, we will purchase and use the appropriate supplies at our own cost.
Can I add extra services to the standart package? Where can I find them?
Yes, absolutely! You can add extra services while booking online or by contacting us directly. A full list of add-on services is available on each service page (link).
Can my pets stay at home during cleaning?
Yes, your pets can stay in the house during the cleaning, as long as it doesn't interfere with the process. We reccomend finding a comfortable and safe place for yout pet during our visit.
Will the same cleaners come every time?
You'll be assigned a regular cleaner or a team of two. If you're not satisfied, you can always request a change and we'll assign different team members.
